Reinforced Primer (Yangtai YT-400C) is a high-build, single-component powder grade reserved for substrates where a standard interface agent fails. It is a higher-concentration polymer-modified cementitious formula engineered for high-density shear walls, smooth formwork concrete, old tile faces undergoing renovation, and other non-absorbent surfaces that conventional primers cannot anchor to. Once mixed and cured it forms an ultra-rough, rock-hard keying bed that behaves like double-sided armor, gripping the old substrate on one side and the new plaster, adhesive, or leveling mortar on the other.
