Interface treatment agent (also known as interface agent) is an environmentally friendly building material composed of high-molecular polymers and special cement, conforming to industry standards such as JC/T907-2002. It is primarily used for surface treatment of substrates including concrete, insulation materials, and aerated concrete blocks. Through a dual-affinity mechanism, it enhances bonding between new and existing materials, replacing traditional chiseling processes while reducing hollow voids and detachment. Suitable for diverse applications including interior/exterior walls, flooring, and waterproofing projects.
This product is available in single-component (dry powder, water addition approx. 25%) and dual-component (powder-to-liquid ratio 1:0.2, water addition approx. 5%) formulations. It features excellent water retention, high early strength, and easy application, supporting thin-layer construction. During application, select the appropriate formulation based on substrate type (e.g., insulation boards or rock wool boards). Apply a 1-2mm transition layer via roller coating, spraying, or texturing techniques at a consumption rate of approximately 1-2kg/m². Ambient temperature must exceed 5°C. Packaging typically consists of 25kg bags, requiring storage in a cool, dry environment with a shelf life of 6 months.
