Product Description
Anti-Slip Wear-Resistant Floor is a solid-powder floor repair and treatment material formulated from inorganic silicate binders, carefully selected aggregates, and multiple additives. It is developed to repair worn, slippery, or "sand-blasting" cement floors in demanding high-traffic environments. Mixed with water at roughly 1 part water to 4 parts powder, it is trowelled onto a prepared substrate at 3–5 mm thickness and textured before set with a stiff broom, brush, or textured roller to leave a rough, high-friction profile. The repair layer bonds strongly to the substrate thanks to its excellent water retention, and improves durability, impact resistance, water resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and aging resistance while adding flexibility and waterproofing that keeps the cement surface dry.
Because we control the inorganic silicate binder and aggregate grading on our automated dry-mix lines, the repair mortar holds its water retention reliably - a property that directly determines whether a 3–5 mm repair layer cures without drying out and delaminating. For contractors and property managers managing parking ramps and wet workshops, that means a textured repair that performs through freeze-thaw cycles and temperature swings rather than spalling after the first winter.

Applications
- Multi-story residential and hotel buildings - the insulation/mat layer attenuates footstep and airborne noise between floors where ordinary concrete slabs transfer sound directly.
- Floor structures over underfloor heating - limits downward heat loss through the slab and improves heating efficiency.
- Energy-efficient commercial and office buildings - delivers thermal insulation and a level screed in one system, shortening schedule versus three separate trades.
Customization
Insulation-layer material and thickness (XPS, cross-linked PE mat, or inorganic insulation mortar) are selected to the project's acoustic and thermal design targets; the self-leveling topping can be matched to the required screed strength and finish covering.
Packaging & Transportation
Component materials (interface agent, insulation boards or mats, self-leveling mortar) supplied on strapped, shrink-wrapped pallets. EXW container loading from our Deqing, Zhejiang base. Component-level packaging is To Be Confirmed.
FAQ
Q: How is this different from a plain self-leveling compound?
A: A plain self-leveling compound only levels a floor. This product is a full stacked system - interface, insulation/soundproof layer, and self-leveling topping - engineered to improve both floor sound insulation and thermal performance.
Q: What insulation materials can sit in the middle layer?
A: Extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards, cross-linked polyethylene insulation and soundproof mats, or inorganic insulation mortar, selected to meet the project's acoustic and thermal requirements.
Q: Does it replace the traditional reinforced-mesh fine concrete layer?
A: Yes. The self-leveling topping replaces it, eliminating cracking, hollow drumming, and sanding defects while raising the floor's acoustic and insulation performance.
