Product Description
Concrete Floor Treatment Agent is a liquid silicate densifier and sealer designed to harden and dust-proof porous concrete floors. It penetrates the capillary pores of the slab and reacts chemically with free calcium hydroxide left behind by cement hydration, forming insoluble crystalline calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) that locks the porous matrix from within. The result is a permanently densified, dust-proof, chemical-resistant surface that develops a satin-like gloss which actually improves with foot and wheel traffic over time. Because the hardening reaction happens below the surface rather than as a film, the protection will not peel or delaminate the way a topical coating can. It is a water-based, non-toxic, odorless, fully VOC-free product that supports green-building and LEED-style requirements.
Produced under strict quality control at our Huzhou municipal R&D center using lithium and potassium silicate technologies, the densifier offers international agents a cost-effective concrete protection route that eliminates dusting for the life of the slab.
