Product Description
Self-Leveling Compound is a cement-based, flowable floor underlayment (cement and graded quartz sand) designed to produce a flat, level screed over structural concrete. Once mixed with water to a pourable consistency, it spreads under its own weight, self-levels, and cures into a high-strength, low-shrinkage topping that can receive finished floor coverings such as ceramic tile, stone, vinyl, or epoxy. Its low shrinkage and crack resistance address common defects of traditional reinforced-mesh fine concrete layers - cracking, hollow drumming, and sanding - while its high flowability allows large areas to be placed quickly with mechanical pumping. It is the general-purpose leveling layer used wherever a precise, substrate-grade surface is required before the final floor finish.
We run a dedicated, fully automatic self-leveling mortar production line at our Deqing facility, which keeps the graded sand, cement, and polymer dosages tightly controlled so flowability and set time stay consistent from truck to truck. That consistency matters to flooring contractors because a batch that does not flow or that sets too fast will leave ridges and cold joints; our in-line quality control and batch-by-batch raw-material inspection give buyers a compound they can pump without adjusting mix on site.
