Product Description
Anti-Slip Wear-Resistant Floor is a solid-powder floor repair and treatment material formulated from inorganic silicate binders, carefully selected aggregates, and multiple additives. It is developed to repair worn, slippery, or "sand-blasting" cement floors in demanding high-traffic environments. Mixed with water at roughly 1 part water to 4 parts powder, it is trowelled onto a prepared substrate at 3–5 mm thickness and textured before set with a stiff broom, brush, or textured roller to leave a rough, high-friction profile. The repair layer bonds strongly to the substrate thanks to its excellent water retention, and improves durability, impact resistance, water resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and aging resistance while adding flexibility and waterproofing that keeps the cement surface dry.
Because we control the inorganic silicate binder and aggregate grading on our automated dry-mix lines, the repair mortar holds its water retention reliably - a property that directly determines whether a 3–5 mm repair layer cures without drying out and delaminating. For contractors and property managers managing parking ramps and wet workshops, that means a textured repair that performs through freeze-thaw cycles and temperature swings rather than spalling after the first winter.

Applications
- Parking lot ramps and loading docks - the broom/roller texture restores traction on inclined concrete where wet tires are most likely to slip.
- Wet industrial workshops such as food processing plants - the waterproof, water-resistant layer keeps cement floors dry and prevents moisture-related degradation.
- Walkways and high-traffic corridors needing a new high-gauge base - repairs sand-blasting cement floors and rebuilds a durable, skid-resistant working surface.
Customization
Texture finish (broom striations, brushed, or pitted roller pattern), application thickness, and aggregate grading can be tuned to the slip-resistance requirement of the specific ramp or walkway.
Packaging & Transportation
Dry powder in bags on strapped, shrink-wrapped pallets for container loading. EXW from our Deqing, Zhejiang manufacturing base. Exact bag size is To Be Confirmed for this product.
FAQ
Q: How is the non-slip texture created?
A: The mortar is trowelled on at 3–5 mm, and before it sets a stiff broom, brush, or textured roller is worked over the surface to produce striations or a pitted, high-friction profile.
Q: What water ratio should be used on site?
A: Mix at approximately 1 part water to 4 parts dry powder (1 kg water : 4 kg powder) with an electric mixer until uniform; adjust slightly for substrate flatness and desired thickness.
Q: Can it repair floors that are already sanding or dusting?
A: Yes. It is specifically intended for repairing "sand-blasting" cement floors and high-traffic, heavy-load surfaces where a new, wear-resistant, skid-resistant base layer must be rebuilt.
