Product Description
Polymer Waterproofing Slurry (Yangtai YT-007, flexible grade) is a two-component cementitious waterproof material made from inorganic silicate cement binders, selected natural mineral aggregates, and an organic polymer emulsion compounded to a controlled ratio. Once the powder and liquid are mixed to a smooth, lump-free slurry, it brushes or trowels directly onto cement substrates and cures into a dense, flexible film that carries both high impermeability and high adhesion. It is rated to withstand 0.8 MPa of water pressure, stays crack-free down to −35 °C, and loses no performance at 100 °C, which gives it the weather, acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance expected on exposed and service-deck work.
The strong adhesion is what makes this slurry especially useful where waterproofing and tiling happen on the same wall: the finished film bonds firmly enough that subsequent tiles do not hollow off. It scrapes, rolls, or brushes onto complex shapes and even wet substrates, and can be worked from either the water-facing or back side to shorten a repair schedule. As a two-component system, the formulation is our real lever - our dedicated coating line and R&D center tune the emulsion-to-powder ratio so flexibility, water pressure resistance, and tack balance consistently, and every batch is checked in our lab for the 0.8 MPa seal before it leaves the 5 kg bucket.

Packaging & Transportation
5 kg buckets for the flexible component system; larger liquid packaging (20 L / 200 L / 1000 L IBC) is available for bulk orders with SDS. EXW Deqing, palletized and strapped for container export via Shanghai or Ningbo.

Q: How many coats are recommended?
A: Apply two to three crossed coats, waiting until each coat is touch-dry before the next. Reinforce corners, pipe penetrations, and internal/external corners with mesh for extra integrity.
Q: Can I tile directly over the cured slurry?
A: Yes. The film is designed to receive tile adhesive directly; its high bond strength is specifically what prevents hollowing of decorative tile after waterproofing.
Q: Is this material safe for potable water contact?
