Rapid Waterproof Repair Mortar is a fast-hardening cementitious repair material developed for localized waterproofing repairs, damaged concrete or mortar surfaces, and sites that need a shorter wait before follow-on work. It combines cement, graded aggregates, and functional additives into a one-component dry powder that contractors mix with clean water and place by trowel or hand tools. Compared with conventional repair mortar, it develops its initial structure more quickly, letting crews restore corners, holes, pipe penetrations, and defective waterproofing details without leaving the repair zone open for an extended period. It is a controlled repair product, not a substitute for a full waterproofing design or a fix for moving structural cracks.
Production runs on the fully automatic dry-mix mortar line, where powder uniformity and water demand are held tight because even small raw-material swings change open time and early hardening. Special early-strength raw materials are screened batch by batch before use, so the rapid-set window stays predictable on site rather than varying truckload to truckload. Robotic palletizing at the packing end means each pallet of repair bags is stacked and wrapped consistently for export container loading.

FAQ
Q: Can this mortar stop an active, high-pressure leak on its own?
A: No. Where an active high-pressure leak is present, a dedicated water-plugging compound or pressure-relief treatment must be applied first; this rapid mortar is designed for controlled, non-pressurized patching after the water source is managed.
Q: How should loose material be prepared before repair?
A: Loose mortar, dust, oil and weak concrete must be removed and the substrate made sound, then the mortar is pressed firmly into the repair to achieve full contact, especially around edges and penetrations.
Q: Can I retemper material once it starts to harden?
A: No. Mix only the amount that can be placed within the workable time and never retemper material that has begun to set, because retempering breaks the early-strength hydration and ruins the repair.
