Mortar Waterproofer

Mortar Waterproofer is a composite waterproofing additive made from inorganic materials, organic components, and polymer compounds, designed to be mixed directly into cement mortar rather than applied as a standalone coating. When dosed into the mix water it improves workability and water retention, cuts the water needed for placement, and refines the internal pore structure so hydration products become finer and more uniform. The payoff is a denser mortar with better water resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and corrosion resistance across the structure. The substrate simply needs to be sound, clean, free of oil and loose particles, and may be damp but free of standing water so the active components bond in.

In practice it is the economical way to waterproof a large volume of masonry: instead of applying a membrane over every square meter, you dilute the additive per the recommended ratio and use that solution as the mixing water for wall or floor plaster and leveling, turning the mortar itself into the waterproof layer. It is non-toxic and pollution-free for environmentally sensitive projects. Because dosing accuracy is everything with an additive, our automated line meters the polymer and inorganic fractions precisely and we run compatibility checks against standard cement-sand mixes, so the dosage you specify in your mix design reproduces container after container.

50 kg blue drums; for larger programs, 200 L metal drums and 1000 L IBC tanks are available with SDS. EXW Deqing, drum palletized and strapped for container export via Shanghai or Ningbo.
