Product Description
Our vitrified tile adhesive is specially positioned for vitrified, porcelain and other dense tiles with very low water absorption. Unlike traditional absorbent ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles provide little opportunity for ordinary cement paste to penetrate the back surface. A higher-performance polymer-modified adhesive is therefore required to create dependable contact between the tile and substrate. The vitrified tile adhesive combines cement, graded aggregates, polymers and functional additives to deliver improved wetting, adhesion and application control. Comparable professional products are formulated for fully vitrified and porcelain tiles and may include non-slip or extended-open-time characteristics for wall and floor work.
For contractors, the real value of vitrified tile adhesive appears after the building is occupied. Dense tiles are frequently used in shopping centers, hotels, apartments and high-traffic commercial spaces, where removal and replacement can be expensive. Our vitrified tile adhesive is designed to help installers achieve uniform mortar transfer and reduce hollow areas beneath the tile. Directional troweling, back-buttering and correct notch selection remain important, especially for large-format pieces. The mortar should be mixed only with the specified amount of clean water; adding extra water to improve spreadability can weaken the cured adhesive and increase shrinkage. This disciplined installation approach gives agents and contractors a technically credible product rather than simply another bag of general-purpose mortar.

Production Strength
Our special dry-mix mortar production line supports controlled proportioning and uniform blending of cement, aggregates, polymer powders and additives. Deqing Yangtai has worked in dry-mix mortar, tile bonding, waterproofing and floor-treatment technology for more than 20 years.
Quality Control
For vitrified tile adhesive, batch stability and mortar transfer are major control points. We check powder uniformity, mixing behavior, workability and application condition. Contractors should also monitor water addition, open time and tile coverage. A test installation is recommended when working with oversized tiles, unusual back patterns or demanding exterior conditions.
Dealer and Project Support
Our pre-sales support includes product positioning and usage guidance. During supply, we provide technical communication for tile type, format, substrate and project environment. After delivery, our team offers quality assurance and application support for distributors, contractors and end users.
