Product Description
Seepage Proofing Agent is a water-borne, pure-acrylic liquid sealer used for anti-seepage and overlay treatment across a wide range of surfaces - matte, non-gloss, and thick-texture mortar coatings, colored flooring, asbestos boards, TK boards, and concrete. It also works as a back-coating on stone and glazed tile where waterproofing and reinforcement are needed on interior walls, floors, and specialized structural areas. As a penetrating protector, it sinks into the micro-pore structure of the substrate, raises its density, and lifts both water resistance and adhesion to whatever is applied next.
Because it uses water as the dispersion medium, color pastes and functional additives can be blended in on demand to produce colored base materials, which makes it as useful a decorative sealer as a pure waterproof primer. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, and fast-drying, forming a film that holds up under temperature and humidity swings and resists thermal cycling and aging. Roughly 6 m² is covered per kilogram per coat, and two or more coats are recommended for dependable sealing. Our coating line runs acrylic emulsion batches with tight control of resin solids, and we test film weathering per batch so the sealer performs consistently whether it is brushed, sprayed, or rolled.

Applications
- Matte and textured mortar coatings / colored floors - seals and densifies porous surfaces while accepting tinting for a finished colored base.
- Stone and glazed tile back-coating - provides waterproofing and reinforcement on the reverse side before installation or re-laying.
- Concrete, asbestos board, and TK board overlay - brushes, sprays, or rolls onto diverse substrates to block seepage and bond the next layer.
Customization
Color pastes and functional additives can be blended in to deliver custom colored or special-performance bases, and viscosity/film build can be adjusted for spray versus brush application. OEM private-label drums and pack sizes are available; contact us with the target color and substrate.
Packaging & Transportation
Bulk liquid supply in 20 L plastic drums, 200 L metal drums, or 1000 L IBC tanks, with SDS documentation. EXW Deqing, palletized and strapped for container export via Shanghai or Ningbo.

Q: Can this be tinted to a specific color?

Q: How many coats do you recommend?
A: Two or more coats give reliable seepage protection; one kilogram covers about 6 m² per coat. Apply on a clean, dry substrate and allow the first coat to dry before the next.
Q: Is it suitable for exterior and weather-exposed use?
